Wills: Designate a Guardian for your minor children in your Will

If you have minor children, it is wise to appoint a Guardian for them in your Will if a catastrophic event occurs and they are left without parents. The Court will take your appointment recommendation into consideration in appointing a Guardian for your minor children if it should become necessary. This is a difficult topic to consider and the drafting of the provision should be performed by an attorney.
